蓝鲸体育直播 offers a complete range of immunodepleted Factor Deficient Plasmas covers both the extrinsic and intrinsic coagulation cascade pathways. These lyophilized human plasmas contain less than 1% residual factor activity while maintaining normal levels of other coagulation factors. 

Extrinsic and common pathway (Factor II, V, VII, X)

Deficient plasmas used for quantitative determination of factor II, V, VII, X with prothrombin time (PT) thromboplastin time reagent and one-stage coagulation test in decalcified plasmas. The decreased level of factors in common and extrinsic pathway could be observed in the following cases:
鈥� Congenital or acquired factor deficiency states
鈥� During treatment with anticoagulants
鈥� In case of vitamin K deficiency (reduced intake or metabolic disorder)
鈥� Liver disease (cirrhosis, hepatitis)
鈥� During factor 鈥渄epletion鈥� due to disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC).

Intrinsic pathway (Factor VIII, IX, XI, XII)

Deficient plasmas used for quantitative determination of factor VIII, IX, XI, XII with activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) reagent and one-stage coagulation test in decalcified plasmas. The decreased level of factors in common and intrinsic pathway could be observed in the following cases:
鈥� Congenital or acquired factor deficiency states (Hemophilia A: factor VIII deficiency, Hemophilia B: factor IX deficiency)
鈥� Liver disease
鈥� Autoimmune hemophilia states
