System administrators can create and modify a list of authorized users, each requiring a user name and password to run the software. Each user can be assigned to one of four levels, offering differing levels of control and functionality: administrator, expert, operator (full) and operator (basic).
The different levels ensure that users are provided with an interface and functionality which matches their experience and requirements. The end result is a software better adapted to the user, allowing minimal training and aiding general efficiency.
