VULCAN 4WD 48鈥欌€� Second-generation Chassis Dynamometer with Mass Emission Measurement System, allows emission measurement of passenger cars, hybrid cars, and light-duty vehicles. Emission Test is carried out as per Indian and other Global regulations with a dedicated soak room maintaining the temperature and humidity as per latest regulations.

180kW E-Motor Test Bed is a state of art facility to test the regulation, performance, and endurance of e motor test specimen along with inverter. This test bed provides 429Nm of torque in both absorption and motoring modes as it is equipped with an inverter consisting of 4 quadrant IGBT鈥檚 for seamless switchover between quadrants. Test bed can operate with maximum speed of 16,000 rpm. It is equipped with DC source which can provide both source and sink mode of operation to test specimen.

Can be used to test regulatory as well as performance tests such as blocked rotor test, efficiency map, system efficiency, overload test, torque-speed characteristics at different voltage and current levels etc.
User defined test cycles can be prepared with MS Excel庐.
LiON, LiFePO4, NiMH and Pb-acid battery pack models specifically calibrated for vehicle applications
Flexibility to create new battery models by identifying parameter values.
Battery simulation is available from 10 鈥� 800V.
Source and sink operation with 卤 600A is possible.
